Check out the improvements made to our platform!

During the hottest September in Brazil in the last 63 years, the entire Unxpose team survived the month fueled by ice cream and salad (to balance out the calories). Between a sundae and a Caesar salad, we managed to stay focused and bring you some fresh updates from your favorite cybersecurity tool!

💎 NIST Vulnerability Database Integration

Monitoring a vast database of vulnerabilities is a challenge for any cybersecurity company, which is why we’re constantly evolving and adding new checks. To speed up this process, we're bringing in thousands at once: Unxpose now pulls from the NIST (National Institute of Standards and Technology) CVE database, identifying vulnerabilities in the software detected on your hosts.

Findings generated from these CVEs can be found in the Network section or in the general list under All Findings.

💎 Next Steps Reloaded

Last month, we launched the Next Steps section to help you better prioritize your actions. With this release, we're adding more suggestions, such as if you’ve been assigned a Finding, invitations to complete security questionnaires, and requests to become a supplier for other companies. And more updates are coming soon!

You can find your Next Steps in the Overview section.

💎 And that's not all!

A few more improvements worth knowing:

  • Add Web Apps: Missing a website that Unxpose didn’t automatically detect? You can now manually add it yourself;

  • Mobile Responsiveness: Unxpose now works much better on smaller screens, so if you need to check things on your phone, you're all set;

  • New AWS checks for Cloudtrail: Don’t forget to update your cloud integration!
