💎 User roles

You asked for it (looking at you, Valéria and Lucas!), and we’re thrilled to introduce a feature that will help teams stay organized. You can now set access levels for each user in your company. The current roles are: Member, Read-Only, and Questionnaires Only.

All existing users have been automatically assigned the Member role, with full access to all Unxpose features. The Read-Only role allows users to view all sections without being able to take action, while the Questionnaires Only role restricts access to just the Questionnaires section.

To change access levels, go to Settings and open the Members tab.

💎 Questionnaire evaluations

Supplier Management in Unxpose continues to evolve! You can now evaluate questionnaires submitted by your suppliers. Each answer can be marked as Meets, Partially Meets, or Does Not Meet, and you can also add comments visible to the supplier. Once you finish evaluating, you can either approve the questionnaire or request changes.

Everything happens within Unxpose, eliminating the need for back-and-forth emails and, more importantly, centralizing your suppliers' history in one place. Interested? Get in touch to enable this feature!.

• Domain Removal: It’s now easier to delete multiple domains thanks to a new delete icon in the Domains list under the DNS section;
